Jump Sequence

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohzxAFH2zLQ&feature=em-upload_owner-smbtn

Morning,

Please review the video and practice your arm motions in regards to how they need to look.  Also, if your jump height isn't high, it's ok but your legs/ feet need to be straight pointed, etc.

As a whole, jumps are worth 10 points on a score sheet.  It doesn't matter how big or small the squad is.  We get 5 points on upper body and 5 points on lower body.

Jump sequence:
Pike-
Arms straight in front (candle sticks)
Legs straight in front, Toes pointed

Right front-
Right leg in front toes pointed
Left leg kicked back (heel should almost hit your butt)
Arms straight, facing upward and next to your ears (no gaps)

Toe touch-
    Legs straight, toes pointed
Arms in a straight T motion

Double nine-
     Left leg straight, toes pointed
     Left arm straight out
Right leg bend in, hitting near knee area
Right arm bend in, hitting legt arm elbow area

The awesome thing is you all are synchronized, but that's only worth about 1-2 points out of 10.

The below link is the inversion stunt we will be doing in our routine as well.

If I don't see you tonight, I will see you at Friday's game (no practice after) and Saturday morning.
