Flexibility is a Necessity

Hello,

Just a friendly reminder that you should be doing your conditioning exercises and/ or stretching on a nightly basis please.

It'll only take 5 minutes to work on stretching/ flexibility a night. A ton of you just need to improve on flexibilty for your jump height to increase greatly!  You already have amazing leg strength so let's work on that flexibility :)

I'm suggesting conditioning nightly too, again just 5- 10 minutes total.  We might have to go tumbling next year and I want you to start building up your core strength now so it won't be so difficult for you next year.  If you don't have a sturdy back bend now (either from the floor or straight back) please, please, please start working on them now.

Youtube has a ton of great "how to" videos on cheer stretching too.
