Hello, Just another reminder that is still need the second $65 please.  I still need it from 12 cheerleaders, checks are payable to Varsity Spirit Fashions. Also, we already have a JV Cheerleader raise $300 in sponsorships!  So proud :) If you need the form, please email me and I'll send it to you. Places to go: Your families usual mechanic If you or a family member always go to the same salon Your families dentist or physician Dry Cleaners If your a frequent or loyal customer, chances are they want to help you :) Remember we are only selling Green & White levels. Hello, 1) Hopefully I will see you at team bonding tonight, 7pm :) 2) Practice Schedule      Tuesday, 8/26 6pm-8pm      Wednesday, 9/3 6pm-8pm      Wednesday, 9/10 6pm-8pm      Wednesday, 9/17 6pm-8pm      Thursday, 9/18 6pm-8pm 3) Our First Game is Saturday, 9/20!             Please arrive by 8:45am fully dressed and ready to go, including hair!                Uniforms will be handed out at 9/17 or 9/18's practice           Game starts at 9:30am and usually ends around 11:30am/ Noon           We will discuss later what to do for hair/ make up           FOOD:  Please bring a snack/ drink with you, the food stand sometimes isn't open. 4) If you missed practice last night, we learned 3 new sidelines        R..C.S, we are the best        S-P-I-R-I-T Spirit        Rrrr, pump it up pump it, Ccc....     We did stunt work:  Flashes, twist ups, preps and retake downs  They looked awesome!

Good morning all! Just a reminder that 8.13.14 is practice this week from 6pm-8pm at the high school.      Sidelines:           You didn't learn any new sidelines last week so you could practice the previous ones you learned.    You've had ample time to practice words and motions at home, please come to practice with sharp motions, volume and smiles.      Halftime cheer:           Please know the words, I posted them last week.  You should know your motions, the only thing I'll give some slack on is the transitioning since we were short so many cheerleaders last practice. 8.14.14 TEAM BONDING     ADDRESS: Church at 175 Main Street Ravena, NY 12143     TIME:  7:00pm-8:00pm     PRICE:  $5 per cheerleader (wear an RCS shirt and/ or a cheer bow)                 $10 per adult and/ or sibling who would like to attend Just a reminder that this is not a private event or class.  This is one of the instructors regular classes and as a courtesy she is letting us parti

Suprise surprise it's all the same exercises/ conditioning we have you do at practice too LOL  ;) Remember if you want to improve your technique or height you need to practice outside of cheer as well.
