Good morning,   A few things to go over: Tomorrow, PRACTICE 9/30 6pm-8pm Saturday, 10/4 GAME - Arrival 9am, ends at 11:30/ noon Tuesday, PRACTICE 10/7 6pm-8pm Thursday, 10/9 Impact (Concussion) Screening at the beginning of 10th period, NOT OPTIONAL                              RCS HS Library in the main computer lab Saturday, 10/11 GAME / Cookie Hand Out/ Selection Classification Test/ Part 1 of tryouts           9am- Arrive at field          11:30/ noon-  Please change into gym clothes, eat your snack/ lunch, stretch, get ready.                             > 7th & 8th Graders (returning cheer...

Hello, All athletes have to have an Impact (concussions) Screening done.  JV Cheerleaders are scheduled for Thursday, October 9th at the beginning of 10th period there are no buses though. If you already have had this done becuase you were also doing soccer or volleyball, etc.  Then you do not have to go twice. The screening will take place in the highschool main computer lab, I will not be there. This cannot be rescheduled and is not optional  so please be there. 

Morning, There were some talk last night about our game schedule and after talking to our AD and the JV football coach this is what we have: Saturday, 9/20 RCS vs. Lansingburgh Knights Arrival Time: 9:00am Game Time: 9:30am Saturday, 10/4 RCS vs. Schalmont Sabres Arrival Time:  9:00am Game Time: 9:30am Saturday, 10/11 RCS vs. Johnstown Sir Bills Arrival Time:  9:00am Game Time:  9:30am The games can sometimes change regarding dates & times but this is what was given to me today but the JV football coach. I decided to have you arrive at 8:45am was a little much but please arrive by 9:00am. PLEASE BRING: Cheer shoes (if we don't have them yet, sneakers) Game Bow Your uniform on (or warm ups if uniforms are not in) Game socks Water/ drink snack/ something to eat Hair- High pony tail at the crown of head, no fly aways or bumps please. Hello, Just another reminder that is still need the second $65 please.  I still need it from 12 cheerleaders, checks are payable to Varsity Spirit Fashions. Also, we already have a JV Cheerleader raise $300 in sponsorships!  So proud :) If you need the form, please email me and I'll send it to you.
